Refund Policy

Conditions for Refunds

You can receive a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Content Discrepancy: if the course program significantly differs from the description posted on the site at the time of purchase.
  • Technical Malfunction on the Platform Side: if there are critical issues in the operation of Brayn-pulsez that make learning impossible and have not been resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Refusal within the "Cooling-off Period": if you want to cancel the course within 14 calendar days after payment and have not accessed a significant part of the educational materials (see the "Exceptions" section for details).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate the refund procedure, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our official address: .
  2. Specify in the subject line: "Refund Request".
  3. In the body of the email, add your details: first and last name, email used for payment, and the full name of the course.
  4. Describe the reason for the refund request in detail, referring to the relevant point from the "Conditions for Refunds" section.
  5. After receiving the request, our team will review it and provide further instructions.

Processing Time and Refund Method

After approving the request, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The money is transferred using the same method used for payment. Please note that the actual crediting time depends on your bank or payment system.

Limitations and Cases When a Refund Is Not Possible

A refund is not provided if:

  • the request is sent later than 14 days after payment;
  • the user has viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the course materials, regardless of the purchase date;
  • the reason for difficulties is related to technical problems on the client's side (for example, poor internet connection or incompatible software);
  • other provisions of the User Agreement are violated.
